8 Hour Infection Control & Complimentary 2 Hour California Dental Practice Act/Ethics in Dentistry

These courses meet all requirements of the Dental Board of California to achieve the 8-Hour Infection Control Certification and 2-Hour Dental Practice Act/Ethics in Dentistry. These courses are mandatory for all dental assistants, orthodontic assistant permits, oral surgery assistant permits, RDA applicants, and out-of-state dental assistants looking to acquire their California RDA license. 

The program outline for the 8 Hour Infection Control Certification Course includes 4 hours of didactic (lecture) and 4 hours of pre-clinical and clinical lab instruction. Once the courses have been completed and all competencies have been met, participants will receive a certificate in the 8-Hour Infection Control Course & 2-Hour Dental Practice Act/Ethics in Dentistry.
